Girlguiding Ulster is part of Girlguiding UK with a total of nearly 600,000 members. There are currently over 80,000 adult volunteers in the UK but a further 8,000 are needed for the 50,000 girls waiting to join the organisation. In Ulster there are over 1600 adult volunteers, over 2600 rainbows, over 4000 brownies, and over 2500 guides.
