Rangers offers young women aged 14-18 the opportunity to develop themselves and make a difference.

What do Rangers do?

Today’s young people face many pressures, we have created a flexible Ranger programme where young women are given the chance to develop their life skills in a safe and supportive environment. Leadership, team work, decision making, participation and advocacy are just a few of the vital skills which Rangers will benefit from to reach their full potential.

Becoming a Peer Educator has given me so much confidence and loads of valuable things to put on my C.V.
