60 Years' Service to Girlguiding Ulster

60 Years' Service to Girlguiding Ulster

.

Congratulations to Lucy Wallace from South Antrim County on receiving her 60 Years’ Service Award for Guiding.

Lucy has held many different roles throughout her time with Girlguiding Ulster from being County Regional Advisor, District commissioner and she is currently the County GO Coordinator.

Despite having various guiding roles to keep Lucy busy she stills finds the time to volunteer with 2nd Lisburn Brownie unit. Lucy has great enthusiasm for Girlguiding and has a tremendous impact on new and current members.

“Lucy is a well loved member of our County and an inspiration to us all. We look forward to many more years of her valued experience and dedication” - South Antrim Volunteer

Lucy Wallace - “Volunteering for Girlguiding is a rewarding experience and it is wonderful to work with so many young women and girls over the years and see the difference guiding makes to their lives. Girlguiding opens up so many fantastic opportunities for girls to grow in confidence and become a powerful force to do good in their communities making new friends and building new skills”

Girlguiding Ulster would thank you thank Lucy Wallace for all her years of commitment and continued support to Girlguiding. You have inspired so many young members and leaders going above and beyond to make sure the Girlguiding values always shine through in everything you do.

Thank you Lucy!
