Spaces to Belong to Conference
Queen’s University Belfast and the Cultural Policy Observatory Ireland are delighted to announce that bookings are now open for ‘Spaces to belong to’ on Friday 15th September 2017. It is a a conference exploring young people’s perspective on culture, identity and cultural participation on the island of Ireland today.
The conference will bring together young people aged 16+, policy-makers, researchers, and community, youth and arts and cultural workers from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
This event will be particularly suitable for young people aged 16-25 in positions of leadership within youth groups and organisations. It will be a fast-paced, enjoyable day, focused on creating connections and moving forward, with young people’s perspectives at the centre.
This event is free of cost to those who wish to participate, and bookings can be made here (places limited to 3 young people per group.) Snacks and a light lunch will be provided.
