Claire Flowers - Chief Executive Officer
I am responsible for the day to day management of Girlguiding Ulster and Lorne Estate. I am the Secretary to the Ulster Executive Committee and aim to implement the strategic plan and vision as set out by the Trustees. I can help with any queries relating to child protection, insurance, governance, complaints, charity information, grants and starting new units.
Tasha Crawford - Operations Manager
I support the Executive Manager by coordinating the day to day operations of Lorne and the membership office ensuring productivity and profitability across our departments. I manage and improve the efficiency of support services utilizing new technologies where possible and I work to expand opportunities to market all our facilities to Guiding members and non-Guiding business when the facilities are not required for Guiding purposes.
Rhys Lundy - Outdoor Activities Manager
I manage our team of Outdoor Activities Instructors, providing them with training and support. I organise schedules and rotas and oversee the delivery of activity programmes to a wide range of groups, catering to their specific needs. I manage all outdoor activity equipment and I am responsible for campsites and outdoor buildings.
Lee Kennedy - Operations Assistant, Programme & Events and Membership Support
I plan and deliver a wide range of activities and events for Girlguiding Ulster members to support leaders with their programme planning. I can provide support for the membership systems for Girlguiding Ulster which includes Join Us, Go! and AccessNI. I also look after the administration of the International programme and am the main point of contact for the Ulster Training Team.
Amy Cushley - Operations Assistant, Bookings
I manage Lorne Estate bookings and enquiries ensuring each group who attends Lorne has a fantastic experience. For any queries about Lorne Estate’s accommodation or general enquiries do not hesitate to contact me. Before your arrival, I will be in touch to confirm your catering menu and dietary requirements.
Shannen Hewitt - Operations Assistant, Bookings
I also manage Lorne Estate bookings and enquiries ensuring each group who attends Lorne has a fantastic experience. For any queries about Lorne Estate’s accommodation or general enquiries do not hesitate to contact me. I deal with all invoicing, payments and financial allocation for bookings.
Jacqui Cummins - Finance Officer
As Finance Officer I am tasked with looking after the financial systems for Girlguiding Ulster. I monitor the budgets, prepare payroll and look for cost-savings to ensure good value for money.
Sarah Jamison - Development Officer (Currently on Maternity Leave)
As Development Officer, I am responsible for promoting Guiding to girls and volunteers across the province. Contact me directly or through your County Commissioner or District Commissioner to discuss how to increase the number of girls or volunteers in your unit.
Annette Mills & Lauren Miller - Retail Assistants
We run the Girlguiding Ulster shop located within Lorne Estate. We ensure your equipment needs are met and devise new product lines to add to the existing Girlguiding range of merchandise. Please contact us to place orders for uniform, resources and badges. You can also visit the shop in person Mon-Sat 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Tracey Irvine - Executive Assistant
I provide administrative support to the Executive Manager and Chief Commissioners to keep everything in order and running smoothly. I also look after Millennium Volunteers so please contact me if you need to request any certificates, badges or have any queries.
Adam Bradley - Marketing and Communications Officer
My aim is to raise the profile of Girlguiding Ulster, engaging our members by managing our online platforms. I look after our photos and videos, ensuring that we have consent to use these in line with GDPR. I design literature for Girlguiding Ulster and can help with putting together materials for units and counties.
